The Magic School Bus Taking Flight by Joanna Cole
The Magic School Bus Taking Flight by Joanna Cole
In this book, Ms. Bender takes her students on a field trip through the air. Students will learn about transportation and art of flying. We learn about the people who built the flying and learning to take flight. They touch on physics and its importance when it comes to flying, and how to be safe. This is another great science books that can be used as a classroom for students to make connections.

Baby Happy Baby Sad (Leslie Patricelli board books) by Leslie Patricelli
Baby Happy Baby Sad (Leslie Patricelli board books) by Leslie Patricelli
In this book demonstrates Patricelli two basic emotions that happen to be the opposite - happiness and sadness. Spread the word. "Happy Baby" and "little sad" and is represented by a complete picture. One example that illustrates the spread. "Happy Baby" with baby holding red balloons and portrays "the tragedy" with the balloons flew away. The message is very simple and quite basic, though, parents or guardians can expand it by providing a detailed explanation of why the baby is happy or sad, each picture (such as' The baby is happy because he is holding a balloon. Oh no! He let go of the strings and the balloons flew away. Now the baby is sad. '), Using exaggerated facial expressions for each emotional state is a good idea to reinforce meaning. This book may be helpful when teaching young children about emotions and the ability to articulate their feelings, especially the youngest children are still working on building vocabulary. simple to express, rather than just cry or turn rampant. Toddler in my class at the end of the old and those with language skills. But they still enjoyed the book, although it is quite basic.
The Magic School Bus Sees Stars by Nancy White
The Magic School Bus Sees Stars by Nancy White
I always enjoyed the Magic School Bus series. I remember reading / watching them as a child. I could never get over the "cool" teacher Frizz is usually paired her dress on. As a teacher, I have new expectations in these books. I appreciate how unique that factual information is presented in these books. This Magic School Bus is a good lesson for my space and keep students engaged during the reading. I highly recommend this book and other Magic School Bus.

I'm and Won't, They're and Don't What's a Contraction by Brian P. Cleary
I'm and Won't, They're and Don't What's a Contraction by Brian P. Cleary
There's a reason I like this book, and why I do not like this book. One of the reasons I like this book is because some of the phrases that are written to rhyme. For example, it says that "Apostrophes connect words and replacing at least one letter. While I am very proud that I can help make a cute T-shirt. ".
The reason I like this book because it is very busy and there is no theme to the image. One page is about the zoo's front page is all about the beach and the other one is about ice cream.
The main idea of this book is to give information about contraction.

Be Quiet, Mike! by Leslie Patricelli
30 months - we have always enjoyed this author's bold illustrations with just a few words, O people, it is like a different engine. She loves to make music on her own and said she put the pedal stroke. She is thrilled when she was in the second week will have its own box a lot to do.
